I AM KIDS Tulsa’s mission is to provide consistent and high quality yoga classes to your child’s preschool, daycare, before or after-school program. In class your child will learn mindful movement, breath and relaxation techniques to handle everyday stressors. We are committed to educating the WHOLE child, allowing every individual to succeed and feel empowered.
I AM KIDS Tulsa yoga classes are a fusion of yoga and conscious play, sprinkled with storytelling, song and dance! We will learn yoga poses, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.
